This pair of counter height stools was the best thing we bought for our new house. The most delightful thing about these stools is the design which is nothing like the other stools that we browsed online. Our kitchen has a tiled floor and most of the stools we bought earlier did not hold firmly to their spot. As a result, they often slipped under the weight when you sat on them. These stools have not given us that problem because they are quite sturdy and hold well their place. The stools are made of hardwood and not plastic. This is why they do not slip away. The stools also have a microfiber seat which is very easy to clean and also retains its shape very well. For these reasons, the stools do not slip but you can still move them around fairly easily.

The counter stools are designed attractively and we are especially fond of the cappuccino finish. It goes well with the décor of our kitchen which itself is based on a dark colored theme. They are also the right height for our counter at 24 inches. When we got the stools we found that we had to put them together. Because of the modern design we felt a bit worried but the instructions that came with the stools were quite simple and easy to understand and within no time we had the stools placed next to our kitchen counter. We got them for only $89 so it was a bargain that is paying off well.
